What we collect
When you take a quiz, sign up for emails, or buy a protocol, we collect your name, email address, quiz responses, and payment information. We also collect basic browser data — IP address, device type, pages viewed — for analytics.
Why we collect it
To send you the protocols and emails you’ve signed up for. To process your payment. To understand how the site is being used and improve the product. Nothing collected is sold or used outside those purposes.
Who we share it with
Five processors handle pieces of the operation:
- Cloudflare
- Hosting and content delivery for the site itself.
- Stripe
- Payment processing for transactions made through this site.
- Brevo
- Email delivery for quiz protocols, newsletter, and account communication.
- Google Analytics
- Site analytics.
- Meta Pixel
- Advertising analytics.
Each processor handles only the data needed to do their job. No other third parties receive your information.
How we keep it secure
Data is encrypted in transit. Internal access is limited to people who need it to operate the business. The processors named above carry their own security and compliance standards.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, opt out of marketing emails, or ask us to stop processing your data for analytics. Email us and we’ll handle it within a reasonable window.
Children
These services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
Updates
This policy may be updated. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated to existing subscribers by email.
